UPDATE: math/R

Dear useRs,

update math/R 3.4.2 -> 3.4.3

- WANTLIB change: ncurses -> curses
- Regenerate patch at the same time.

The problem with

R> tan(1+1000i)
[1] NaN+1i
Warning message:
In tan(1 + (0+1000i)) : NaNs produced in function "tan"

persists (and is visible with "make test") but is not unique to R
(https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-tech&m=150737856618497&w=2); so no blocker.
