I'd go to /etc/rc.d/ and compare:
$ diff -u ftpproxy6 ftpproxy.

From there I'd:
$ cp ftproxy ftpproxyrev

Than I'd:
$ vi /etc/rc.conf.local
And add ftpproxyrev_flags=-D7 -v -R 10.1.1.1 -p21 -b 3and

Not tested by me with ftpproxy but works and was recommended for
other daemons.
