I had also an IPv6 issue. The solution was to add -soii into the
hostname.vio0 :
/etc/hostname.vio0
inet 195.201.22.203 255.255.255.255
inet6 2a01:4f8:1c0c:4ed8::10 64
-soii
!route add -inet 172.31.1.1 -llinfo -link -static -iface vio0
!route add -inet default 172.31.1.1
