Prevent MSDs by working safely with display screen equipment

Injury and pain to backs, joints and limbs, known as Musculoskeletal disorders or MSDs, can really affect a sufferer's quality of life.

All employers must protect workers from the health risks of working with computer workstations, laptops and other equipment with display screens. MSDs can be prevented by working safely with display screen equipment (DSE). All employers must carry out a DSE workstation assessment.

Free guidance and information is available.

Our DSE Risk Management course runs on 11 September. This provides you with an understanding of DSE risks and ways to approach risk management.
