Earlier this year we updated our guidance on the use of automated external defibrillators, and blended learning in first aid training. You can also download our First aid at work: your questions answered leaflet, which answers some basic questions about first aid provision at work. | HSE encourages a sensible approach to health and safety in schools, which means focusing on how the real risks are managed. This guidance will help those responsible for managing health and safety in schools to strike the right balance so that risks are managed, while learning opportunities are experienced to the full.
