openssl.1 -conv_form uncompressed by default

The -conv_form arg seems to be "uncompressed" by default in the source code.

Make the documentation reflect the source code.

ec.c: ec_config.form = POINT_CONVERSION_UNCOMPRESSED;
ecparam.c: ecparam_config.form = POINT_CONVERSION_UNCOMPRESSED;
