update UEFITool to 0.25.1

Straight forward update with changes to the two other tools I now want
to include:

- Fixed offset updates at image replacement (#137)
- UEFITool and subtools (UEFIPatch, UEFIReplace, etc.) versioning is now unified.
- UEFIReplace got extended to support:
* dedicated output path;
* matching subguids;
* performing unmodified replacements.

Works as usual for me on amd64.
