OpenBGP announce customer routes

Dear all,

is there a way to advertise IP prefixes generated from a customer AS &
prefixes to an EBGP neighbor in Openbgpd?

Can I somehow create an outgoing prefix list our something like a
route-map for outgoing filtering?

Please help
