Re: llvm-7.0.1 fallout: lang/crystal

LLVM 7 + 8 support recently hit the master branch (see:
https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/pull/7986 &
https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/pull/7987)

Crystal 0.30 will include these, but I'm not sure when 0.30 will be
officially released.
