6.6 pflow IPFIX removed?

Hi,

Is IPFIX removed  from pflow in 6.6?

# ifconfig pflow0 pflowproto 10
ifconfig: SIOCSETPFLOW: Can't assign requested address

pflow(4) still mentions it.
