Cave Story is an excellent game, and nxengine is a nice port. Thanks for

Upstream is wrong. These data files are straight from Cave Story, which
is released under a freeware license that does not grant explicit
permission to modify or redistribute. If we import this port, we can't
provide anything on the mirrors: it must use restrictive PERMIT_*.
