h5py: please name the directory py-h5py to match the package, please use
${MODPY_FLAVOR} for the py-pkgconfig dependency (the main benefit of using the
new FLAVOR=python3/FLAVORS=python3 setup is to avoid the discrepancy where some
dependencies need to list this and others don't).

pkgconfig: please regenerate PLIST
