New: graphics/mypaint-brushes2

This is needed for the new port mypaint, which follows. (Gimp depends on
the 1.x branch of this port, currently in the tree, while MyPaint itself
needs the 2.x).

"Brushes used by MyPaint and other software using libmypaint."
