Re: [NEW] p5-Net-Prometheus ( with p5-Struct-Dumb )

p5-Struct-Dumb could use a TEST_DEPENDS on devel/p5-Data-Dump so tests
are the same no matter what else is installed, other than that:

p5-Net-Prometheus doesn't seem to need BUILD_DEPENDS=${RUN_DEPENDS}, but
with that changed, it's also
