Removing www/py-pylons, py-webhelpers, py-routes, and py-weberror

With the pending removal of audio/fookebox, py-pylons has no consumers and
can be removed. Once it is removed, py-webhelpers, py-routes, and py-weberror
have no consumers (other than each other) and can be removed.

ok to remove the lot?
