I committed a minimal fix to change time.clock -> time.time. With that I

Indeed, python 3.8 finally got rid of time.clock which was deprecated
since python 3.3

I think there's a slightly newer version of pysol (2.10.1).
I took a quick look and doing an update may require a new port for
pysol_cards first.
