[update][maintainer] mail/mu 1.4.13 -> 1.4.14

Simple update of mail/mu.
It's a bugfix release without a change in functionality.

Port changes:
- removed revision
- bumped version

portcheck, port-lib-depends-check: ok
make test (amd64): ok
