NEW: sysutils/opensbi

Here is a port of the RISC-V Open Source Supervisor Binary Interface
(https://github.com/riscv/opensbi) which builds the 'generic' platform
and packages fw_jump.bin.

Tested with qemu-system-riscv64 -M virt.
