[New] sysutils/p5-Data-Entropy 0.007

Hello ports,

Here is a new port sysutils/p5-Data-Entropy. It builds and works fine on
both amd64 and sparc64. I'm going to need this for an upcoming new port.

DESCR: entrpy (randomness) management
