[New] sysutils/p5-Number-Bytes-Human 0.11

Hello ports,

Here is a new port sysutils/p5-Number-Bytes-Human. It builds and works fine on
both amd64 and sparc64. I'm going to need this for an upcoming new port.

DESCR: Convert byte count to human readable format
