[Update] www/p5-HTTP-Lite 2.44

Hello,

Here is a diff to update www/p5-HTTP-Lite to 2.44. This builds and works
fine on both amd64 and sparc64. Is there anyone that runs p5-XML-RPC
and/or blogsum consumers to make sure this doesn't break anything?

I need the update for a new port I'm working on.
