It still has the same version of golang.org/x/sys pinned as gortr, so
please copy over BROKEN-aarch64. Otherwise OK.
If you remove gortr later, please add @pkgpath net/gortr to stayrtr/pkg/PLIST,
and an entry to the bottom of $stem_extensions in devel/quirks/files/Quirks.pm
'gortr' => 'stayrtr', and bump revision for quirks/stayrtr
