Re: [update] textproc/py-sphinx_rtd_theme

stuart, i double checked my builds were successful, i also went back and checked out the plists and no changes for any of those four packages that i saw during my checks running `make update-plist`.

i made myself a note of the extra check for sphinx stuff for the future.
