One of my recommendations is a Qotom computer you can find on Aliexpress or Bangood. They are amd64 and they are working with BSD OSes (they often come with pfsense, but you can replace it by any OS).
They also have a native VGA output and several wired NICs (some might also accept Wi-Fi if you have some antennas).
I won't post any links because of tracking, but if you want to look for the one I use, you can search Q190G4N.
