As for changing the addresses, this is clearly not the problem.

I nmap 217.169.18.57, it returns the open ports of the router, this is
expected.

I nmap 217.169.18.58, it returns the open ports of the router, despite
me allocating this to the lxc container, this is not meant to happen, it
should return ONLY port 22.

I nmap 217.169.18.59, it returns the open port of the router, this
address is unallocated.

So I still stand by my question, is this problem being caused because of
the use of inet aliases, as every use I have seen of aliases in the man
pages is for use as alternative IP addresses for the interface, thus
declaring the /29 as an alias I believe is giving the entire block to
the interface, I do not believe it is routable using inet aliases.

But on the other hand, I do not believe you can declare two inet, you
can have one inet and as many aliases, but I do not believe you can have
multiple non-alias inet's.

So obviously the current method is completely flawed.

Any ideas?
