Hi Stuart,

Thank you for your succinct response - I've included information in the
original thread on how to fix wpa_supplicant for use with OpenSSL 3 and
TLS 1.0. Coupled with your Makefile patch, I should now be able to limp
wpa_supplicant along until a working 2.10 binary can be produced.

I've posted on the wpa_supplicant mailing list to see if someone there
is able to make progress on the OpenBSD driver such that 2.10 will
compile.
