I would say you are mistaken. It would be more of an issue of hardware
availability. If the developers do not get access to the hardware, it will
not be tested, or updated.

Also, *IF* there's a tech import ban, and developers don't get access to
the newest hardware, how is that an anti-chinese sentiment?

Finally, here's something you might find interesting. This happened 20
years ago but I think if the situation were to be repeated, it would play
