When I started with OpenBSD, creating install media more than once I
made this mistake:

# dd if=file.img of=/dev/sd0 bs=1M
^^^
Instead of copying to the raw device: "rsd0c".

# dd if=file.img of=/dev/rsd0c bs=1M
