Out of curiosity, what issue do you see with newer versions of anyio and
jupyter?

The jupyter_server 1.x series did have a constraint on anyio<4, but the
recent update to jupyter_server 2.x does not specify that constraint.

Did you see some failure in jupyter after doing an update to newer anyio?
