[new] x11/gnome/railway, a train travel lookup application

hi,

here's a quick port for https://mobile.schmidhuberj.de/railway which is
a gtk4 application querying various train operator APIs for
routes/itineraries, without having to bear the often ad-loaded websites
of the operators.

https://gitlab.com/schmiddi-on-mobile/railway-backend#profiles lists the
supported operators so far, mostly in .de/.at/europe, but some city
transport operators are support (BART for bay area for example)

portswise, it's a gnome/rust/meson port, but the rust crates are
properly vendored so it's easy to build. Even if the binary is diebahn
ive named the port 'railway' per the upstream project name. maybe a
symlink to bin/railway is in order, until upstreams does the rename in
the build goo..
