There isn't, 7.0 was the last release where we built packages for
that arch.
(I am a bit surprised there are still base releases).

https://www.openbsd.org/faq/ports/ports.html and a _lot_ of patience.
Back in 7.0 the ports build took around 6 weeks, IIRC the machines
were crashing quite often too.
