Thanks for porting this, an RDAP-capable tool's been on my wishlist for

CPAN, appropriately wrapped: https://metacpan.org/pod/Net::ASN

Seems this is missing a bunch of dependencies. I had to
# pkg_add p5-File-Slurp p5-libwww p5-XML-LibXML p5-LWP-Protocol-https
to get the basic rdapper commands working. Unsure how to get the
complete list needed.
With these added as rdeps, it's ok

looks good once the dependencies of net/p5-Net-RDAP are fixed.
