devel/py-application_properties: needs a NO_TEST, e.g.

otherwise ok.


textproc/pymarkdownlnt:

the naming is rather inconvenient :( the pypi project is "pymarkdownlnt",
the project intends to mostly refer to itself as "PyMarkdown"
(https://github.com/jackdewinter/pymarkdown/blob/0157bc1e33730fa5c99023d21f8513b7771e2051/newdocs/src/index.md?plain=1#L99),
and there's already a well known "Python-Markdown" (as well as a
mostly-unused "pymarkdown"). Perhaps this is worth a little mention
in DESCR.

I suppose the NO_TEST is because of the usual "files from test
dir missing in sdist" python disease.

As a user-facing application I would prefer to have a little more
in DESCR about what it can do.
