Thx for the replies to both.
As the mv succed on the same fs and the "small disk glinch" break
any cp operation on it I decided to take advantage of it. I'm by machine backup
for what concern my system and fsck doesn't break and those should help me.
Joke: if I could share the *small disk glinch* I would do it but I can't, eheh.. :-)
So about my backup practices I've been already able to recover operations by a path
exclude of the backup software.
I'm not sure about the real cons of my decision, I accept any enlightment..
