- update Makefile, distinfo and crates.inc for this version
- update Makefile to generate HTML docs via 'cargo xtask codegen'
- install HTML docs in share/doc/rust-analyzer/ instead of share/doc/rust-analyzer/book/
- update pkg/PLIST
- add patch for lib/smol_str/tests/tidy.rs to fix tests

Build and tests OK on current/amd64 with Rust 1.92.0

Tests welcome and please commit if OK.
