A bit off topic, but I never need to worry about many architectures on Plan 9.
/bin will contain binaries in /amd64/bin or /arm/bin depending on the
architecture.
I have an amd64 (vm) file server and my terminal is a raspberry pi which use the
same disk to the file server :)
