don't set TEST_IS_INTERACTIVE for network requirements

test deps go in TEST_DEPENDS not RUN_DEPENDS

pyproject.toml doesn't list any run deps, and the only build dep as flit_core which is handled by MODPY_PYBUILD, so I think all of those deps should be TEST_DEPENDS

you can use https://truststore.readthedocs.io/ as a homepage

portcheck, 'make port-lib-depends-check' are happy. Some tests fail
