Here is a simple patch for devel/p5-Type-Tiny to update to 1.010006.
It build well and pass all tests on amd64-current system.
Five ports depends on devel/p5-Type-Tiny, all build well and pass all
tests with this patch:

devel/p5-File-ChangeNotify
devel/p5-Params-ValidationCompiler
graphics/p5-Barcode-DataMatrix
www/p5-Dancer2
