NEW: editors/vim-classic

Drew DeVault has forked vim at 8.2.0148, just before vimscript9 was
added (https://drewdevault.com/2026/03/25/2026-03-25-Forking-vim.html
has a lot of explanation etc). I'd like to import this (conflicting
with vim-nonclassic). ok?
