Hi,
Attached is a port of py-uv: libuv bindings for Python 2 and 3. We will
need this for Python support in neovim.
In theory there is a command line switch `--use-system-libuv`, which
would make the patch go away, but I can't for the life of me get
setuptools to recognise it. Any ideas?
