loudmouth 1.5.3 : questions

Hello,
I try to understand how to properly update ports for loudmouth.
loudmouth is currently 1.4.3p6 but an update fixing many bugs (for
certificates as example) is avaiable : 1.5.3.

I modified the Makefile to fetch the new archive :

V= 1.5.3
HOMEPAGE= https://github.com/mcabber/loudmouth
MASTER_SITES= https://mcabber.com/files/loudmouth/


When I try to test this port, it fails just after retrieving the
.tar.bz2 :
