Yep, you want:
@exec %D/bin/mktexlsr %D/share/texmf-local > /dev/null 2>&1
@unexec-delete %D/bin/mktexlsr %D/share/texmf-local > /dev/null 2>&1
And you will need to RUN_DEPEND texlive.
