Yes, I meant outside desktop environment. To use KDE4/5 applications
without icon issues you have to set GTK_IM_MODULE,XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP,
XDG_MENU_PREFIX. (Maybe all, maybe only one. I don't know). Creepy
environment voodoo!
