I agree that http://www.allthingsrss.com/rss2email/ is dead upstream
now: last version is v2.71 (2011-03-04).
https://github.com/wking/rss2email is a fork with a bit more activity
(initially), but it seems to dig too now (last commit Dec 19, 2015), and
even to be abandonned: https://github.com/wking/rss2email/issues/93.
Some people seems to want to fork again to make a community of contributors:
https://github.com/wking/rss2email/issues/97.
So be prepared changing upstream again soon.
