Real-time signals availability

Hello,

I've just realized that OpenBSD doesn't defined
{SIGRTMIN..SIGRTMAX} in
<signal.h> (i.e. signal(3)). I was wondering if there are any
reasons other than willingness
and/or time as to why those signals are not defined.
