The update works but needs further work as indicated by
`make port-lib-depends-check'.
1.3.0 installs systemd files only if systemctl is present so we can drop
the @comment lines in PLIST.
Paths in the example dunst.rc need to be adjusted so copying it over
will work without manually fixing them.
