artwork.html not listing 6.3 release

Hi All,

I noticed the 6.3 release is not listed here:
https://www.openbsd.org/artwork.html

I'm assuming it would be listed and would link here:
https://www.openbsd.org/63.html

Sorry for the noise if 6.3 is intentionally absent from the artwork page.
