sthen@ mentioned a compiler option and that only some modules actually
require RWX memory. I don't know the details as to why python calls rwx
memory in any case but perhaps there could be a python norwx package as
currently with /usr/local without wxallowed then even simple tools like
obmenu are killed.

My current position is to simply avoid python in favour of c,perl,sh
and even php.
