These documents in html format are not terribly useful where they are
installed, namely "/usr/local/share/doc/postgresql/html".
OpenBSD's httpd cannot serve html documents outside the "/var/www"
chroot, so I have to copy all all of them over to somewhere
within "/var/www" in order to view them in my web browser.
Why not install them somewhere like "/var/www/postgresql-docs" where
they would be accessible to httpd? Thoughts or rationale?
