[NEW] devel/p5-MooseX-Types-Stringlike 0.003 (update p5-MooseX-ConfigFromFile 1/3)

I'm proposing here MooseX::Types::Stringlike, that will be needed by
the new MooseX::Types::Path::Tiny, that in turn will be needed to
update MooseX::ConfigFromFile because the current version is broken
with Perl 5.28.

It's portgen generated and 'make test' passes.

Description:
This module provides a more general version of the "Str" type. If
coercions are enabled, it will accepts objects that overload
stringification and coerces them into strings.
